By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that Morgan Sports Media, the maker of Strikeout Magazine, has the right to publish your story and any pictures you upload. Once your story and pictures are selected for publication and go to print, there will be no refunds issued.
You understand that by submitting your story and pictures to the magazine, you grant the magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your story and pictures in the magazine and any related promotional materials, both in print and digital formats.
You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the story and pictures or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights to grant the magazine the aforementioned license.
You further acknowledge that the magazine may edit or modify your story and pictures for clarity, length, or other editorial purposes while making reasonable efforts to preserve the original intent and meaning.
The magazine will make reasonable efforts to credit you as the author and/or photographer of the story and pictures, but you understand and agree that the magazine is not responsible for any inadvertent omission or error in the credits.
Please note that the magazine reserves the right to reject or remove any submitted story or picture at its sole discretion without providing a reason or explanation.
